Description:
The print depicts a prosperous scene of Tokyo in Meji period. On the street by the bay are carriages, rickshaws, horses, and pedestrians. In the center there are some figures dressed in western suits and dress. To the left, two women look at the 寫真鏡 (possibly a display of photography) with portraits and landscape scenes. In the background, boats of different sizes travel on the water.
