Note:
A scarce, early Nebraska map showing the area east of the 98th meridian. Shows also the "Great Emigrant Route to California and Oregon via Ft. Kearney" which emanates from Otoe City on the Missouri. Streeter points out that the J.B. Snow in the title was from Otoe City and therefore the map may have been made for him (Otoe City no longer exists). Streeter also says "This is an early and good large scale map of eastern Nebraska." Map is full color by county, folded into mauve cloth covers 15x9 with "Wells' New Sectional Map Of Nebraska" and floral design stamped in gilt. Prime meridians are Greenwich and Washington D.C.
