A strip map of the Hudson River from New York City to Lake George, with text on either side describing the cities along the route. Canadian publication is presumed because of the price in shillings. The date is also estimated (the latest date in the text is 1845). Rare - Nestler states only one copy seen by him. A printed note states that the verso contains a list of the principal Hotels in the United States - yet the verso is blank. Probably a woodcut map. Folded into red textured paper covers 9x6.5, this copy lacks the front cover.
