Note:
Although entered in 1854, the earliest copy found was the Eberstadt copy, dated 1859. This was the official state map of Arkansas with the usual signed testaments by officials verifying the map's accuracy, as well as having the state seal printed above the title. The testaments are dated 1845, which may imply much earlier issues, although we can find no record of any earlier than 1859. Full color by county. A scarce map. Prime meridian is Washington D.C.
