This is the only European pocket map we have seen issued by the Coltons. It is the same as the Colton General Atlas map - apparently Colton did not sell many of his non U.S. pocket maps, although they are all listed in his catalogues. Full color, folded into dark brown cloth covers 15x10 printed with "Colton's Map Of England G.W. & C.B. Colton & Co" in gilt. Prime meridians are Greenwich and Washington D.C. Relief shown by hachures. Depth shown by isolines.
