There is a map of North America and an unusual "Charte von dem Nordamericanischen Staatenbunde" that extends to the west coast and includes wonderfully fanciful ideas about California (and is not listed in Wheat). Text pages interspersed with most of the maps. Outline color. Atlas is bound in half leather brown marbled paper covered boards.
