A special edition of the 1900 map, overprinted in blue with the boundaries of the water divisions and districts. With full printed color. Map is undissected and mounted on linen. "C.E. Perkins C., B. & Q. Railway Co., Burlington, Iowa." is stamped in blue ink on the linen backing. Map folds into dark brown cloth covers 28x19 with "WY." stamped in gilt on the spine.
