He saw pictures of Coffin For a Crooked Man and heard about the Blind Poet object. He has been invited to speak at the show in San Francisco. He will do his best. He was sorry to have missed the [Robert] Barnes and David Sharpe shows in New York. Roger Brown did a wonderful set design and costumes for a production of Mozart’s opera Cosi Fan Tutte. The Museum of Contemporary Art has re-opened. “The big tin pipe piece the Presses gave in memory of their son plus Shapiro’s gift of the Mad House look very good in the new gallery space.”
