Description
Seated Christ with both arms lifted to right and left side in benediction. He has a scarf tied around his head, the end of which falls over his left shoulder. His garment has a boat shaped neck, loose sleeves gathered at the wrist, wide sash, a full skirt which is draped gracefully and falls to his ankles. Propped against his stomach and supported on his thighs is an open book, the writing suggested by black lines. On his feet are throng sandles. The frame is ornate.
