Since the style of the signature and the two accompanying seals do not match any known examples from identifiable works of Yu Zhiding, this painting cannot be firmly attributed to him. Instead, it was perhaps painted by a student or follower of his style at the Qing court. The malachite green has caused the silk to deteriorate.
